The Church was not created to serve itself, but to serve the world!

Outreach is meeting the needs of our community and world while expressing God’s love in ways that build relationship and provide opportunities to share God’s plan of salvation.

Outreach is essential because the world is lost in darkness and wandering with no hope. The church has the greatest message the world has ever known, but so often we hold onto that message and keep it in our churches, hoping that people will come to use looking for it.

Here are some examples of our outreach & community engagement events!

Cadyville Fireman’s Field Day

Each June we partner with the Cadyville Fire Department for their annual field day. We man food service booths and run carnival-style games for kids. Additionally, we have our own pavilion where we give away free snow cones, popcorn, and face painting. In 2019 our volunteers gave away 600 snow cones!

Halloween Extravaganza

Every year we open our facility for a unique community Halloween party! Featuring October-themed carnival games, lots of food, and- of course- plenty of candy! Our volunteers compete for the best “house”, including costumes, decorations, and overall presentation. Hundreds of kids, along with their parents pour into our facility each year to celebrate and compete!

Vacation Bible Adventure

Our annual kids’ “day camp” engages kids with eye-popping sets, fun games, and positive, Bible-inspired lessons. Our themes in the past have been Mission to Mars, rainforest adventure, and experimental science lab!
